We deliver up to 25 miles from our location in Kirkwood, MO (63122) which includes St. Peters, Wildwood, Florissant, St. Louis, Cedar Hill, Wentzille, and parts of Illinois. Delivery is free up to 10 miles from our location. Delivery fees for locations outside of 10 miles are automatically calculated at checkout:

• $15 for 15 miles
• $20 for 20 miles
• $25 for 25 miles

You are welcome to place an order for a future arrival or as soon as the baby is born. The ordering process will prompt you to specify whether you already have the baby’s birth details or if you intend to provide them at a later date. When baby is born, you can simply email, text, or message us the details so we may finalize the personalized bundle. Note that we may require up to 48 hours to deliver and placing advanced orders helps us plan. You can request your preferred delivery date in the shopping cart special instructions and we will do our best to accomodate (e.g., the day before the couple is expected to arrive home from the hospital). We also recommend advance orders for events.

We are able to set up our signs only on traditional lawns that have not been heavily landscaped with rocks, pea gravel, concrete, mulch, flower beds, raised beds, garden pots. Also, we cannot install our signs in hardpacked driveways since they require to be staked in. We also don't install in front of Government-owned buildings or structures.

Our standard rental periods are 7 days for birth announcements and 2 days for events. The personalized bundles, star signs, and pet signs are yours to keep at the end of the rental period.

We will use our judgement to choose a spot that looks tasteful and best for photographs and general visibility. If you have a specific spot in mind, please let us know. We will try to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee it.

Also, we cannot install the baby stork signs in front of structures that belong to the city, county, or state as we cannot obstruct access to this areas. Examples are public utility boxes, water mains, etc.

Unfortunately, we cannot install our signs at commercial business locations or apartment buildings, unless we have expressed written permission from the property owner to use available lawn space.

We are able to install signs at condos and townhouses provided there is private lawn space that belongs to the homeowner or lessee. 

Absolutely! With each rental we leave behind general information for the recipient and we're happy to include your personalized gift message. You will be prompted to provide your gift message when adding a stork sign to your cart.

We ask that you please not move or take down the sign yourself. If you would like to request an early pick-up, contact us.

Please do not attach anything to the signs, including balloons. Please also take care when using a lawn mower or weed eater near the sign.

If you notice any damage to the sign, please contact us immediately. Our signs are durable, weather-resistant, and designed to last. Please do not allow the signs to be climbed on.

The renter assumes liability for non weather-related damages to the sign during the rental period. STL Storks is not liable for injuries involving the sign during the rental period.
